We are increasingly finding that it is no longer possible to track your orders from abroad on the Russian Post website. However, to still enable you to track your shipments, we would like to recommend the following three alternative tracking websites:

All three providers offer the option to set your language. However, if you don't receive any information there, which hasn't happened so far, you can of course also email us at
Vostok.Watches24@icloud.com. We will then try to send you information directly from the Russian Post website.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that your shipments are in transit after crossing the Russian border. This transit may take an indefinite period of time, during which you will not see any new tracking information. New information will only be released after the shipments have been scanned into a postal system. So please be patient, sometimes a little longer.
